Please Note: As of July 1 2022, Frogg Toggs has changed their warranty policy so that all warranty claims must be sent back to the manufacturer. To do so, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Upon receipt of the product, Frogg Toggs will determine if it is defective and if so, will either replace or repair the product (cash refunds are not an option). Regrettably, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Please feel free to use the most convenient and available shipping method for you. However to protect your package from loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using a shipping service which provides accurate and up-to-date tracking information. Please retain all shipping receipts and correspondence with Frogg Toggs. Neither Frogg Toggs nor Grumpys Tackle is responsible for lost or stolen packages.

This warranty begins at the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage.

This warranty is void where product failure is due to unreasonable use, misuse, accident, damage, alteration, or normal "wear and tear"..., The owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product. Only manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement.

NEITHER FROGG TOGGS NOR GRUMPYS TACKLE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF SUCH PRODUCT.
