In-Store Pickup Procedure
With the holidays fast approaching, and the USPS experiencing newsworthy delivery issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other issues, you can now order an item in our online store and pick it up in our brick-and-mortar store in beautiful Seaside Park, NJ. Here is how to do it:
When you go to check out, choose "Pick up" for your delivery option instead of “Ship”. Once you have checked out, you will get an email or txt that we have received your order. We will then process your order and prepare it for pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a second email or txt letting you know to come to the store and pick it up. DO NOT come to pick it up until you get this second message telling you it is ready. Orders for pickup will be available Sundays through Thursdays from Noon to 7:00 pm. (And just to be perfectly clear, this is not same day pickup. We like to go fishing too 😊).
When you get the message your order is ready, just come to the store, bring your order number and a valid ID, and person behind the register will get your order. Please wear a mask when entering the store. If you are not comfortable entering the store due to the pandemic, call us when you arrive at 732-830-1900 and we will walk it out to you for curbside pickup.
We will only be releasing orders to the person whose name is on the invoice unless arrangements are made prior to placing the order. If you have any questions about online ordering, send us a message here. Do not call the store. Unless the order is sitting there waiting to be picked up, they will know nothing about it. And they get kinda ornery and mean if you ask them about something they don't know...
